RAG stands for Raising And Giving and we are the University's fundraising society, doing everything that you can imagine to raise money for charity!
In the past, RAG events such as Pub Crawls, Stars in their Eyes and Shot Challenges have been regularly seen….
2007/08 – WE ARE BRINGING SEXY BACK!!!
The Trinity Shield, the recreation of some of your favourite television game shows, a Christmas Pantomime, Pub Crawls with a difference, fancy dress themed nights, sponsored anything’s and much much more!
Anyone can join. Our Facebook group is up and running so to find out what RAG is up to and what events are coming up, just log on and have a look. If you are not on Facebook (Why?!?!) please feel free to contact me and I will happily supply you with any details you require. If you want to do that bit more everyone is welcome to help organise and run events and even join our committee... you can do as little or as much as you like!
Trinity College Student’s Union (or TCSU) is a ‘not for profit organisation’, which means that it, and its affiliated clubs, societies and departments, cannot donate to other charities. This is where RAG comes in; as the University's official fundraising department all charitable activities need to be run through us as we are the only people who can write that all important cheque, making your hard work worthwhile! For more information on how to raise money for charity, please feel free to contact me at supresident@trinity-cm.ac.
RAG is moving with the times and as you can see, has its own Facebook group – and this is where all the details of upcoming events will be posted (and any minutes etc coming from any meetings) You can also join our email list by e-mailing us at supresident@trinity-cm.ac.
