Most of my work will be helping students with issues related to money. If you have problems with mounting debts then please come and see me. Most banks and credit card companies will be reasonable if you contact them - ignoring the problem will only increase your stress levels and the charges that you have to pay! I am happy to act on your behalf and talk to creditors or write letters for you.
There are some State Benefits that you may be entitled to - the Benefit system puts the onus on you to find out and apply. If you don't ask you don't get! This is of particular relevance to any student with children. Together we can find out what you are entitled to.
I will be actively involved in preparing applications for The Hardship Committee, which allocates funds to students in severe financial difficulty. Please approach me if you wish to apply for assistance and I can offer advice and help you to complete the form.
