Appeals

Academic Appeals

During your time as a student, there will be occasions when the University has to make academic judgments on your progress and ultimately on your eligibility for the award for which you have been registered.

If you believe that the academic decision that has been reached is incorrect or has been based on partial or incorrect information, you can appeal within the College's guidelines (see Section 7 of The Academic and Quality Handbook).

Please remember that the SU is always here to offer you advice and support throughout an Appeal, ranging from helping you to write your appeal letter to offering you representation to the College.

Disciplinary Appeals

Trinity College has a number of rules and regulations relating to behaviour on campus. If you fall foul of these regulations you should consult the College Regulations - Student Guide.
