Constitution
The Union is currently going through a period of dramatic change. On August 1st 2009 our existing constitution will be abandoned in favour of a new set of Articles of Governance. This document has been approved through student consultation and further ratified by University Council. In 2009-2010 TCSU will register as a Charity with the Charity Commission and the new governance structures will allow the Union to thrive as it moves forward into a new period of its history.
